Our Porch Rentals Include the Following:
-Use of porch and surrounding grounds for 6 hours.
-Use of kitchen (non-exclusive) Sink, stove, limited refrigeration.
-Access to indoor restrooms (non-exclusive)
-Use of Clubhouse Pub ( non-exclusive)
-Exclusivity of The Pub area can be purchased for an additional $250 for duration of contract (not to exceed 6 hours)
-Additional staff can be hired through OGC at a rate of $16/hour for set up/take down/ service/parking.
*NOTE that porch rental prices do not include a tent, or more tables and chairs than are available from the club. OGC has an exclusive relationship with Morris Tents for renting such equipment and will facilitate additional equipment rental.
OGC offers linen rentals and the option to purchase fresh wild flower centerpieces for your events finishing touch. (must be arranged 1 month in advance of event date)
$50 carting fee added if caterer/lessee unable to remove trash after event. OGC provides trash receptacles with liners at no additional charge.

Tiers:
#1. 25 guests & under $300.00
#2. 26-50 guests $600.00
#3. 51-100 guests $900.00
#4. 101 -150 guests $1400.00
*NOTE that the price does NOT include upgrades to electrical supply. There is a $250 minimum fee for circuits. ($50 per additional circuit above 4 circuits). For example, if your caterer will need ovens or hot boxes, this upgrade charge will apply.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
-Lessee (customer using club facilities) is fully responsible for any and all damage to club property & setup and take down of event.
- All beer, wine & soda for your event are bought solely through Otsego Golf Club
-Minimum 20% down payment is required to reserve event date. The down payment is non refundable even in the event of cancellation.
